MyRxWallet Launches World's First Patient-Owned, Zero-Knowledge, Blockchain-Anchored Electronic Health Record Platform

Founded by Olivia Trinh, age 21 — the youngest ONC-certified EHR founder in U.S. history — MyRxWallet gives patients ownership of their own health data through a zero-knowledge architecture where even a server breach cannot expose patient health information.

MyRxWallet North America Corporation today announced the global launch of its patient and provider portal platform, making available to patients worldwide a first-of-its-kind electronic health record experience built on three principles: patient data ownership, zero-knowledge security, and zero patient effort.

The platform passed the full Inferno Test Suite (317/317 sub-tests) in April 2026 — the standardized certification baseline for ONC 21st Century Cures Act (g)(10) compliance — making MyRxWallet one of the few platforms to achieve this before commercialization. The company simultaneously filed a USCDI v7 proposal (Submission #703) advocating for Patient Digital Identity Credentials to become a federal health data standard.

"We are not building another app that stores your health data and hopes you trust them. We built a platform where your health data is mathematically protected — a breach of our servers cannot expose your health records. Patients own their data through a blockchain-anchored NFT. That's not a marketing claim. That's an architecture."
— Olivia Trinh, Founder, Chairman & CEO, MyRxWallet North America Corporation

Platform Capabilities Available at Launch

Zero-Knowledge Architecture — AES-256-GCM field-level encryption. HKDF-SHA256 key derivation. Patient holds key.
Hyperledger Fabric 2.5 — 4 private channels. Every health record access event anchored on-chain.
DSCSA Drug Provenance — Real-time FDA lot-level tracking from manufacturer to patient. DSCSA § 582 compliant.
Sentinel AI Agent — Drug interaction checks, FDA recall alerts, anomaly detection. Advisory only — never clinical.
Patient NFT Identity — Unique MRX-{ID} token minted on enrollment. Soulbound. Cannot be transferred.
CCD / C-CDA Importer — Patients self-import from any existing EHR in minutes.
Data Royalty Marketplace — Patients set the price floor for research use of their anonymized data. 85% goes to the patient.
Provider Portal — NPI-credentialed providers. OIG LEIE exclusion screening. EPCS prescribing.
DAO Governance — Platform decisions voted on by MRT-weighted token holders. No single point of control.
Secure Messaging — HIPAA-compliant patient-provider messaging. Thread-based. Audit logged.
FHIR Bulk Export — HL7 Bulk Data IG v2.0.0. Full patient record export in one API call. No data lock-in.

ABOUT MYRXWALLET NORTH AMERICA CORPORATION
MyRxWallet North America Corporation is a Las Vegas, Nevada-based healthcare technology company building the infrastructure layer for patient-owned health data. Founded in 2024 by Olivia Trinh (born January 2005), the company is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) registered in SAM.gov (CAGE Code: 9VNZ7, UEI: RKYFJECN9GL3). MyRxWallet's platform passed the ONC Inferno Test Suite (317/317 sub-tests) in April 2026, filed USCDI v7 Submission #703 proposing Patient Digital Identity Credentials as a federal standard, and deployed Hyperledger Fabric 2.5 on its proprietary blockchain network. The platform's zero-knowledge architecture means that even a breach of MyRxWallet's servers cannot expose patient health information — patients hold the cryptographic keys to their own records. MyRxWallet is available globally at patients.myrxwallet.io (patients) and providers.myrxwallet.io (providers).
