For the first time, you hold the keys to your own health records — not your hospital, not your insurer. MyRxWallet keeps everything in one place, and only you decide who sees it.

How it works
Simple for you. Powerful for your care team.
From sign-up to full control of your records — a clear path for patients, and a clinical-grade workflow for providers.
For patients
Free · Sign up in 3 minutes
1
Claim your permanent health ID
Create your free account and receive a permanent health identity. It stays with you no matter what hospital, doctor, or insurer you switch to.
2
Pull in all your existing records
Connect your Medicare account, past health systems, labs, and pharmacies. Everything lands in one place — your timeline, complete and readable.
3
You choose who sees what
Grant your doctor access with one tap. Share only your medications if that's all they need. Revoke access the moment the visit ends. Every choice is yours.
4
Every access is logged — forever
You'll always know who viewed your records, when, and what they saw. No one can erase that history — not the provider, not us.
We confirm your license and credentials automatically through federal databases — no paperwork, no waiting. Your practice credential is ready the same day.
2
See complete records — not fragments
Your patients arrive with their full history assembled — medications, labs, imaging, allergies. No chasing faxes. No asking them to remember things. Just the whole picture.
3
Document, prescribe, and move on
AI writes your visit notes from your spoken words. Order labs, send prescriptions, and code for billing — all from one screen. The audit trail happens automatically.
4
Your practice is automatically protected
Every prescription, every record access, every consent is logged in a tamper-proof trail. Malpractice review, DEA audit, compliance check — covered without extra work from you.
You don't need to know how it works. But if you want to know — every protection below is enforced by the technology itself, not by a policy that could be changed.
No one can take your health ID
Your health identity is locked to you — not to a hospital, insurer, or app. Change doctors, move states, switch insurers — it follows only you.
Access without your permission is impossible
Consent is enforced by the technology, not a policy. No silent or unlogged administrative access exists. Emergency, legal, and recovery access require documented break-glass controls and immutable audit logging.
Defense-grade security for everyone
The same security level used to protect classified government information — protecting civilian patients on this platform by default, not as an upgrade.
Your data doesn't live with Amazon or Google
We built our own infrastructure. Your health records run on our servers — not rented cloud space owned by an advertising company.
Every hospital already speaks our language
We use the same federal standard required of every certified EHR in America. Importing your records from anywhere is one connection — not a project.
A breach could only ever affect one person
We store every patient's data completely separately. A breach can't cascade across millions of records — because your data isn't stored next to anyone else's.
Founder Architecture Statement
“Patients should own their health data the way they own their homes — with a deed, a lock, and a key only they control. That is not a feature. That is the architecture.”
— Olivia Trinh, Chairman & CEO

Why us
We didn't add patient tools to a hospital billing system.
Every other EHR was built to manage hospital revenue. We built a patient identity platform first, then integrated clinical tools into it. That difference shows up everywhere.

Who We Are
MyRxWallet North America Corporation — a development-stage healthcare technology company building a first-of-its-kind patient-sovereign credential infrastructure with EHR as the first regulated application layer. Las Vegas, NV & Wyoming incorporated. Zero institutional venture capital. Entirely bootstrapped.
The Company
MyRxWallet North America Corporation
Wyoming Corporation · Nevada DBA
Headquarters: Las Vegas, NV
Status: Development-stage
Founder & CEO: Olivia Trinh
Financing: Bootstrapped, zero VC
Our Mission
Give every patient full ownership and control of their own health records. Health data sovereignty is a right, not a feature. We build infrastructure that enforces that right at the protocol layer — not just by policy.
Why We Exist
Today, your health records belong to your doctor's EHR vendor. You cannot easily access them, share them on your terms, or take them when you switch providers. MyRxWallet changes that — permanently and architecturally.
Company
About Us
Founded on the principle that patients, not institutions, should own their health data. Small founding team. Big regulatory footprint. Bootstrapped to ONC Inferno 317/317 PASS with zero institutional funding.
Our Founding Principles
Patient data sovereignty is non-negotiable
Compliance must be architectural, not just policy
No PHI on blockchain — only cryptographic proofs
Consent must be immutable and patient-controlled
Security must exceed minimum requirements — always
How We're Built
Bootstrapped — no outside investors, no compromises
Small team — founder-led, engineer-executed
Built in public — ONC filings, USCDI comments, FDA concept papers
Federal-ready — NIST 800-53 aligned infrastructure from day one
Company

40+ endpoints. US Core 6.1.0. SMART App Launch 2.0. Bulk Data 2.0. OAuth 2.0 + PKCE. ONC Inferno 317/317 PASS. Open to qualified partners.
Consent Management

Security Architecture
Infrastructure designed to align with NIST 800-53 controls. WireGuard zero-trust overlay. AES-256-GCM encryption at rest and in transit. TLS 1.3 in transit. No open endpoints.
Company
Our Technology Stack
Every layer of the MyRxWallet stack was chosen for compliance, security, and sovereignty — not convenience. Proprietary where required. Open standards where mandated. Auditable throughout.
Hyperledger Fabric
Private permissioned consent ledger. Append-only audit log. PHI-free — only hashes and FHIR resource IDs on chain.
FHIR R4 / US Core
40+ endpoints. US Core 6.1.0. ONC Inferno 317/317 PASS. SMART App Launch 2.0.0. Bulk Data 2.0.0.
EVM Chain 8472
Private Anvil chain for NFT credential minting. Soulbound ERC-5192. Non-transferable. No public gas fees.

Company
Identity Credential
Your MyRxWallet identity is a soulbound NFT — non-transferable, cryptographically unique, and blockchain-anchored. It cannot be faked, revoked by a third party, or separated from its owner. This is MERIDIAN architecture.
Tier 2 — Patient Credential
Standard: ERC-5192 Soulbound Token
Chain: Private EVM, Chain ID 8472
Color: Teal — patient identity
Issued at signup — automatic
Gates patient portal login
Non-transferable by protocol
Tier 4 — Provider Credential
Standard: ERC-5192 Soulbound Token
Chain: Private EVM, Chain ID 8472
Color: Rose pink — provider identity
Issued at provider onboarding
Gates provider portal login
NPI-linked and identity-proofed
Why Soulbound
A transferable credential can be sold, stolen, or shared. A soulbound credential is cryptographically bound to one wallet — it cannot move. Your health identity stays with you. This is the same reason your social security number isn't transferable. Your health credential shouldn't be either.
MERIDIAN Architecture
MERIDIAN is the credential infrastructure layer that issues, anchors, and verifies MyRxWallet identity tokens. It manages the relationship between a patient's blockchain wallet, their NFT credential, and their FHIR resource access. It is entirely proprietary and runs on private infrastructure.
Company
Governance Framework
MyRxWallet is building toward a community-governed platform where the people who use it have a voice in how it evolves. Transparent. On-chain. Compliance-aware.
DAO Structure
Community-driven platform governance. Token-weighted voting on feature priorities, fee structures, and policy decisions. Transparent on-chain record of all governance actions.
Compliance-Aware
Governance operates within HIPAA, ONC, and DEA regulatory boundaries. Community votes cannot override federal compliance requirements. Governance is advisory on compliance matters.
Participation
MyRxWallet credential holders are eligible to participate in governance. Voting weight is based on platform contribution and tenure. Early members receive preferential governance weight.
Company
Sovereign Identity
The most important concept in health data: you own your identity. No central authority holds the key to your health records. No vendor can lock you out. Your consent is on-chain. Your access is yours.
Patient Controls
Grant or revoke provider access — instantly
Control which resources each provider can see
Download your complete health record anytime
Share with any FHIR-compatible system
No permission required from your current provider
No fee to access your own data — ever
Architectural Guarantee
Consent enforced at chaincode protocol layer
OAuth scopes enforce access at API layer
Two independent enforcement systems — not one
No silent or unlogged administrative access — by design
Privacy-preserving architecture — no PHI on-chain
Your credential is non-transferable and cannot be silently accessed or transferred
Company
Hyperledger Fabric
MyRxWallet runs a private permissioned Hyperledger Fabric network as its consent ledger. Every access grant, every revocation, every data exchange — anchored to an immutable, append-only blockchain that cannot be altered after the fact.
What Goes On Chain
Consent grants and revocations
FHIR resource access events (hashed)
Incident and audit events
Provider identity anchors
PHI never touches the chain — only cryptographic hashes.
Network Properties
Private & permissioned — not a public chain
Append-only — no record can be modified
Chaincode enforces consent at protocol layer
Endorsement policy requires multiple peers
Channel-isolated patient data
Audit Capability
Every access event on Hyperledger is permanent and independently verifiable. A provider cannot claim they had consent if the chain shows they did not. A patient cannot deny a grant if the chain shows it exists. The ledger is the authoritative record.
Company
MyRx Rail
MyRx-Rail is our proprietary data transport layer — the zero-trust network overlay that ensures no health data travels unencrypted, unauthenticated, or unaudited. The infrastructure backbone behind everything we build.
WireGuard Overlay
All service-to-service traffic runs inside a WireGuard VPN tunnel. No microservice is reachable without a valid WireGuard credential. Zero open internal endpoints on the public internet.
Zero-Trust Architecture
Credential-keyed port access. Every connection is authenticated before it is established. Trust is never assumed — not even inside the network perimeter. DoD STIG hardened.
End-to-End Encryption
AES-256-GCM encryption at rest and in transit. TLS 1.3 on all external connections. WireGuard ChaCha20-Poly1305 on internal transport. No plaintext health data, anywhere, ever.
Company

The Story
A single founder, bootstrapped from zero, built a FHIR-native EHR platform that passed every ONC federal certification test on the first attempt — with no venture backing, no PR firm, no institutional support. MyRxWallet is not a startup chasing funding. It is a federal health IT infrastructure company being built with the rigor and intentionality that health data sovereignty demands. The next chapter is federal prime contracting.
What Reporters Get Wrong
MyRx AI (Maya) is NOT a clinical decision tool — platform guidance only, no medical advice, no PHI to AI
The NFT credential is NOT a cryptocurrency — it is a non-transferable soulbound identity token
We are NOT a consumer health app — we are federal-grade health IT infrastructure
ONC certification is NOT self-reported — it is verified by federal test infrastructure (inferno.healthit.gov)

Global Partnerships
Health data has no borders. FHIR R4 is the global interoperability standard. MyRxWallet is building the infrastructure for cross-border health record portability — starting with the US, expanding globally.
Why FHIR Is Global
HL7 FHIR R4 is adopted by the US (ONC mandate), Canada (INFOWAY), EU (European Health Data Space), and emerging markets. A FHIR-native platform is inherently interoperable across borders — the standard is the common language.
Active Conversations
Canada — health record portability
European Union — EHDS alignment
Southeast Asia — regional health data exchange

International Architecture
Cross-border consent model on Hyperledger. FHIR R4 as universal exchange format. Jurisdiction-aware data residency controls. GDPR compliance roadmap (Phase 6). Patient controls travel with the patient.

Without confirmed service period dates and deployment locations — returned exclusively by the /service_history/ endpoint — these criteria cannot be applied. This is why the endpoint is essential to our PACT Act engine.
Core Capability — Automatic on Every Login
PACT Act Eligibility Engine
On every veteran login, MyRxWallet retrieves confirmed service data from the VA Lighthouse API and runs it through our rules engine in real time — before the veteran reaches any other portal function.

VA Lighthouse API Integration — Case #00015333
8 VA APIs. One Veteran Experience.
Veteran Service History & Eligibility API (ACG)
Service periods, discharge character, disability rating. Powers PACT Act engine + Service Profile credential. /status/ for Title 38 confirmation. /service_history/ for PACT Act criteria inputs.
Patient Health API — FHIR (ACG)
Pulls VA FHIR R4 records (Condition, MedicationRequest, Observation, DocumentReference) into unified health vault. Combined with CMS Blue Button 2.0 for complete longitudinal record.
Benefits Claims API (ACG)
Displays active/historical VA disability claims in portal. Used to detect if veteran has filed PACT Act claim — prevents duplicate notification. Real-time status tracking.
Benefits Intake API (API key)
Submits evidence from veteran's health vault directly to VA. PACT Act-relevant records auto-identified and queued for inclusion. No downloading, printing, or faxing.
Community Care Eligibility API (ACG)
Retrieves eligibility status by service type. Shows VA and community care options side-by-side. Critical for rural veterans and those with long VA wait times.
VA Facilities API (API key)
"Find VA Care" feature — returns nearby VAMCs, outpatient clinics, Vet Centers by ZIP code with hours, services, and contact info.
VA Forms API (API key)
Surfaces correct, current VA form version based on veteran's situation. PACT Act eligible veterans see VA Form 21-526EZ and 21-0781 first, with service data pre-populated.
Veteran Confirmation API (API key)
Title 38 status verification at onboarding. "Verified Veteran" badge on MyRx Credential. Routes veterans to VA-specific features vs. standard patient features.
Veteran Health Vault
VA Records + Civilian Records. One Sovereign Wallet.
MyRxWallet creates the first complete longitudinal health record that spans both VA and civilian care — giving veterans a single source of truth for their entire health history.
Complete medication history across VA and civilian prescribers. Drug interaction alerts.
Lab Results (Observation)
VA lab results merged with commercial payer lab data for complete diagnostic picture.
Clinical Notes (DocumentReference)
VA provider notes surfaced as supporting evidence for PACT Act claims and appeals.
Immunizations
Complete immunization history. Relevant for deployment health screening and compensation claims.
Allergies
Cross-checked against medications and clinical orders. Shared securely with authorized providers.
Security Architecture & Data Sovereignty
Veteran Data. Veteran Controlled.
Every veteran's identity is anchored to an ERC-5192 soulbound NFT — a non-transferable, blockchain-verified credential that only the verified veteran can authorize for access. Data is never sold, never shared without explicit consent, never monetized.
HIPAA Compliant
BAA infrastructure active. PHI encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3). Audit log on every access.
ONC 317/317 PASS
April 17, 2026. Full (g)(10) Inferno test suite. SMART on FHIR. USCDI v7 #703.
ERC-5192 Soulbound NFT
Non-transferable on-chain identity. Patient-owned. Revocable access at any time.
Zero-Knowledge Encryption
Application-layer ZK encryption for data at rest. Keys never committed to source control.
ACG OAuth 2.0
Veteran explicit consent required for every VA API data pull. Tokens stored via refresh flow.
Production keys in encrypted .env on hardened VPS · SSH key-only access · CIS Benchmark hardened Ubuntu 22.04 LTS · Fail2ban active · Unattended security updates
Value to the VA — Impact at Scale
Closing the PACT Act Gap.
At scale, MyRxWallet's automated PACT Act screening directly addresses the participation gap for the estimated 3.5 million eligible veterans who have not filed — removing the eligibility determination burden from both the veteran and the VA simultaneously.
Reduced
VA call center burden for claims status inquiries — veterans see all milestones in portal
Automated
Evidence packaging from health vault → Benefits Intake API, no printing or faxing
Zero
Veteran data monetized. Revenue from B2B licensing and federal contracts only.
Business Model — Veteran Access Always Free
Core veteran benefits navigation is free to all veterans, forever. Revenue: (1) B2B licensing to healthcare providers and VSOs; (2) Premium patient subscriptions for telehealth; (3) Federal contract revenue from VA and DoD digital health initiatives. Veteran data is never sold or shared with third parties.

What This Means
ONC (g)(10) criteria are the federal mandate for FHIR-based patient data access. Passing Inferno means every patient with a MyRxWallet credential can access their health data from our platform using any ONC-certified SMART app — today, not on the roadmap.
Compliance & Standards
DEA EPCS
Electronic Prescribing for Controlled Substances. MyRxWallet's EPCS module is designed to 21 CFR Part 1311 — the DEA's regulations governing electronic prescribing of Schedule II-V controlled substances. Third-party audit in progress.
Prescription anchoring: on-chain hash for every Rx
Schedules: II, III, IV, V
Third-party audit: in progress
Compliance & Standards
Veterans & Federal
MyRxWallet is built to federal health IT standards from the ground up — NIST 800-53 security architecture, CMS interoperability rule alignment, VA/DoD EHR interoperability roadmap, and CSOS awareness.
MyRxWallet is pursuing $5M+ federal prime contracts in health IT as a primary growth strategy. FedRAMP alignment and GSA Schedule registration are Phase 5 milestones. DoD-grade security architecture positions us for federal health IT opportunities that commercial EHR vendors cannot serve.
Compliance & Standards
Family & Pediatric
Family accounts with proper authorization delegation. Pediatric records with age-appropriate consent handling. Dependent management built for the complexity of real families.
Family Account Features
Parent/guardian as authorized representative
Dependent account management in patient portal
Granular consent delegation per dependent
Age-appropriate consent handling per state law
Minor records protection per HIPAA minor exceptions
HIPAA compliance is not a checkbox at MyRxWallet. It is enforced architecturally — at the chaincode layer, at the OAuth scope layer, and at the encryption layer. No PHI moves without consent. No consent event is unlogged.
Breach notification: 60-day max (HITECH), 15-day internal target
Media notification for 500+ person breaches
HHS annual reporting
Enhanced civil + criminal penalties awareness
EHR incentive program alignment
Contact: privacy@myrxwallet.io
Compliance & Standards
Risk Elimination
Every architectural decision at MyRxWallet was made to eliminate risk — not manage it. The distinction matters. Risk management accepts residual exposure. Risk elimination removes the attack surface.
Technical Risk Elimination
AES-256-GCM — PHI unreadable without key
Zero-trust architecture — no lateral movement
MyRx-Sentinel v2 — DoD STIG hardening
WireGuard VPN — no open internal endpoints
Credential-keyed port access — no port scanning target
PHI cannot reach blockchain — chaincode rejects at protocol layer
Operational Risk Elimination
Zero PII on-chain — no blockchain data exposure risk
BAAs for all PHI vendors — no unprotected third-party exposure
Consent cannot be bypassed — architecture, not policy
Compliance & Standards
Beyond Compliance
Meeting minimum standards is not our goal. Setting them is. MyRxWallet proactively shapes federal policy through public filings, standards-body participation, and architectural decisions that exceed regulatory requirements.
Architecture as Compliance
PHI cannot reach blockchain — chaincode rejects at protocol layer. Consent cannot be bypassed — OAuth scopes enforce at API layer. Audit logs are append-only — no deletion possible. This is compliance that cannot be accidentally disabled.
Proactive Federal Engagement
USCDI v7 Comment #703 — proposing new data class
HSCC CWG — cybersecurity working group member
FDA CDER — concept paper filed April 2026
ONC — 10 registered SMART client IDs
Inferno (g)(10) PASS — 317/317 first attempt
Standards Leadership
MyRxWallet does not wait for federal policy to mandate best practices. We adopt them early, file comments to shape them, and build architecture that will remain compliant when the mandate catches up. Today's proactive filing is tomorrow's compliance baseline.
Compliance & Standards
Inferno (g)(10)
The ONC Inferno test suite is the federal gold standard for FHIR-based patient data access. MyRxWallet passed all 317 sub-tests on first attempt, April 17, 2026. No other attempt was needed. No failures on record.
The Score: 317 / 317

Why It Matters
ONC (g)(10) criteria are what patients use to exercise their right to their health data under the 21st Century Cures Act. Passing Inferno means every patient can export their records to any SMART app, share with any provider, and access their data without hospital or EHR vendor interference. That is the law. That is what we built.

Payer Connectivity
CMS Blue Button 2.0 is live. Medicare beneficiaries can connect their claims data directly to their MyRxWallet health wallet with one consent grant. Commercial payer connections under discussion.
CMS Blue Button 2.0 (Live)
Medicare claims data via CMS Blue Button API
SMART on FHIR connection — patient-initiated
Coverage + ExplanationOfBenefit resources
Part A (hospital), Part B (medical), Part D (drug) claims
Your health data is wherever it has been created — your hospital, your pharmacy, your insurer, your wearable. MyRxWallet can pull it all into one place, with your consent, under your control.
CMS Blue Button 2.0
Medicare claims data imported automatically on patient consent grant. Part A, B, D. Coverage + EOB FHIR resources. Updated on each sync. Patient-initiated only.
FHIR Bulk Import
Import from any ONC-certified EHR using FHIR R4 bulk data. Hospital, health system, or specialty practice. Patient exercises their (g)(10) right. Standard SMART on FHIR flow.
CCD / C-CDA Import
Continuity of Care Document and Clinical Document Architecture import. Legacy clinical summary format — still in wide use. Converted to FHIR R4 resources on import.
Lab Result PDFs
AI-assisted PDF parsing for lab results. Structured into FHIR Observation resources. Patient uploads in patient portal. Not a replacement for direct lab FHIR connection — a supplement.
Wearable Devices
Wearable device data structured as HL7 FHIR Observation resources. Vitals, activity, sleep — standardized to FHIR coding. Patient-initiated only. No passive collection.
Import Principles
All imports are patient-initiated. No data enters your wallet without your explicit consent grant. Every import event is logged on Hyperledger. You can see exactly what entered, when, and from where.
Compliance & Standards
TEFCA / QHIN
The Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement is the federal infrastructure for nationwide health information exchange. MyRxWallet's QHIN application is Phase 4 — and our architecture is built for it today.
What Is TEFCA
TEFCA is the ONC framework that enables nationwide health information exchange between QHINs (Qualified Health Information Networks). It is the infrastructure that will eventually replace fragmented, proprietary HIE networks with a single nationwide standard.
SMART on FHIR 2.0. OAuth 2.0 + PKCE. 40+ FHIR R4 endpoints. ONC Inferno tested. Everything you need to build a compliant health application on the MyRxWallet platform.

AI Governance & Clinical AI Disclosure
MyRx AI (Maya) provides platform guidance and onboarding support — not clinical advice. PHI never reaches the AI layer. The architecture enforces this, not just the policy. Full disclosure of all AI vendors and capabilities below.
What Maya Does
Platform navigation and onboarding guidance
Answering questions about MyRxWallet features
Helping patients understand their health wallet
White-glove support via voice (Deepgram Nova 2 STT)
General healthcare information (not clinical advice)
What Maya Does NOT Do
No medical advice — ever
No clinical diagnosis or treatment recommendations
No PHI transmitted to external AI systems
No AI training on patient health data
No substitute for a licensed healthcare provider
Human clinical judgment required for all medical decisions
AI Architecture
PHI isolation is enforced at the API layer — not just policy. Voice input is processed for intent only. Health record data is never included in AI model calls. STT provider: Deepgram Nova 2 (BAA executed). No AI model is trained on MyRxWallet patient data.

Patient Consent
Consent at MyRxWallet is not a database flag. It is blockchain-anchored on Hyperledger Fabric — immutable, auditable, enforced at the chaincode protocol layer. No consent, no access. No exceptions, no bypasses.
How Consent Works
Patient grants consent per provider, per resource type
Consent encoded as SMART OAuth 2.0 scopes
Every grant anchored to Hyperledger Fabric
Every revocation anchored — immediate effect
Revocation cuts API access at chaincode layer
Granular SMART scopes v1 + v2 supported
Two Enforcement Layers
Layer 1: OAuth scopes — API will not respond without valid token
Layer 2: Chaincode — transaction requires on-chain consent record
Both layers must be bypassed to access without consent
No administrative override path — by design
Audit trail on Hyperledger for every enforcement event
FHIR Consent resource generated for each grant
